My name is Lee Calamaio and I live in The Ranch development in Prescott. My wife and I moved here in July 2008 after spending eight years in Scottsdale Arizona. Our original home is Chicago Illinois. I have been a Realtor in Arizona since 2002. The important skills that I bring when representing you are; fact gathering, negotiations, and loyalty to my clients.

I have been a landlord, a rehab investor and a land developer. In those capacities I have become familiar with construction, Arizona water law, land development, and many other aspects of real estate.

I have spent most of my working years in computer sales and the references below reflect the performance and ethics that I exhibited over time.
