I want to share with you how I came to buy in Prescott and as we go along together I will point out the sign posts we looked for and maybe this will help you make a decision.

My first concern revolved around the people. Was this a friendly town? You need to make a trip here and go around. Visit the library, the town square. Have lunch and dinner around the square. Go to the WalMart and talk to a greeter. Just kidding.

My next priority was the climate. Having grown up in Chicago and then spending eight years in Scottsdale, my wife and I wanted moderation. If you look at the weather charts you will see that there are season changes and there is moderation. Prescott Monthly Weather
