I believe that what our Founders did was remarkable. I don’t think that I was much of a student of the ideas put forth nor the basis of them growing up and into my adult life . I happened to pick up a book called The Glorius Cause  a few years ago and I was hooked.

Take a minute to review your freedoms and make sure that you represent yourself in whatever way you feel you can, to protect those freedoms that have been hard earned.

This might be a little much, but our Constitution was based upon the Federalist Papers which were authored by Alexander Hamilton, James Madison and John Jay.

And remember the following quote from Ronald Reagan:

Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children’s children what it was once like in the United States where men were free.
